Operator and scope
Stefano LLC operates https://stefanollc.com. This website introduces the company and its projects and accepts inquiries. Contact: contact@stefanollc.com. This notice concerns the corporate website; Pavenyra is a separate product with its own access conditions and privacy information.
Information you provide
The contact form requests your name, email address, optional organization, topic, a short topic description when you choose “Other,” and your message. We use these details to review, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not send student records, grades, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive data. Attachments are not supported.
Form delivery is not currently configured and verified. The server does not forward an inquiry to the email provider while sending is disabled. The direct email link opens your own email application.
Hosting and email providers
The corporate website is hosted by Vercel. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request metadata, and operational or security logs.
When form delivery is enabled, Resend receives the information needed to send your inquiry to contact@stefanollc.com. Your email address is used for replies, not as the sending identity. Resend and the corporate mailbox provider process the message and delivery information. The mailbox provider and its account-specific retention settings remain under verification. Provider acceptance does not confirm arrival in the inbox.
Technical information and abuse prevention
Connection information, including IP address and request details, may be processed by the hosting service for operation and security. The application uses temporary counters associated with a hash of the connection IP address to limit submissions. A hash of a normalized inquiry is used as an email idempotency key to reduce duplicate sends. These protections do not require an advertising identifier or an external CAPTCHA. The application does not log message contents.
Browser preferences
The browser stores the selected language under stefano-language and the animation preference under stefano-motion. These preferences are not contact messages and are not used for advertising. The Cookies and local storage page explains their duration and controls. The site has no configured advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, session recordings, or third-party font requests.
Retention and deletion
The application does not save contact messages to a database. Copies may remain in the corporate mailbox, with email providers, and in their backups. A verified retention schedule for those copies and hosting logs has not yet been established; this notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Rate counters are held in server memory for hourly limits, removed on later requests after expiry, and lost on restart. The sending provider applies its own retention to delivery and deduplication records.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent, email contact@stefanollc.com. Describe the request using the minimum information necessary. We may need proportionate verification to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person. Applicable rights and any necessary retention depend on the circumstances and governing law. Do not email identity documents unless a justified, secure process has been arranged.
Security, locations, and changes
The implementation uses server-side validation, limited request sizes, fixed email routing, and server-only credentials. No measure guarantees absolute security. Provider processing locations and applicable international-transfer arrangements must be confirmed against the accounts and contracts actually used; none is asserted here. Changes to the site’s practices will require a corresponding update to this notice.
