Purpose and audience

This is a public presentation website about Stefano LLC, its ideas, and its projects. It is not a student portal, an educational-records system, or an account-registration service. Its inquiry form is intended for general and professional conversations, not the submission of children’s information.

Information we do not request

Do not send student names, school records, grades, counseling notes, health information, identification documents, or other sensitive data. The form does not request a date of birth, student identifier, or proof of identity. No student account is created here.

Accidental submission

If you believe information about a child or an educational record was sent here, email contact@stefanollc.com with a brief description and, if possible, the approximate submission date. Do not repeat or attach the sensitive information. Stefano LLC must review the report, locate the relevant correspondence, and arrange appropriate deletion or other action with the providers involved, subject to applicable obligations.

Pavenyra and applicable requirements

Pavenyra’s current focus is supporting high school counselors working with grades 9–12. Its product data practices and access controls require separate policies and review; this corporate notice does not authorize the disclosure of student records to the product. Educational or child-privacy obligations depend on actual processing, audience, and institutional arrangements. This website claims no FERPA, COPPA, or GDPR certification.
